Warranty and Returns
At 100-cashmere.com, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check before buying. If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you. We are here to help! Online Returns Policy
We appreciate our entire cashmere products around the globe for purchasing with us! With limited exceptions, we do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
- Items must be sent back within 45 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused and have the original packaging attached.
- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Your order will ship via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or other carriers. In most cases, your order will be delivered within seven (7) to fourteen (14) days. We are not responsible for delays in making delivery or failure to make delivery due to causes beyond our control including, but not limited to, acts of regulations of any governmental authority, fire, work stoppages or slowdowns, accident, flood, war, national emergency, acts of God, public disorder, transportation shortages or delays, and shortages of fuel or materials.
45 Day Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy
- If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange.
- Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense. This solution is only when 100-cashmere.com is responsible for shipping the wrong item.
- Incorrect orderIf the customer has ordered an incorrect product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Unwanted item
If the customer decides that they no longer want the item or simply want to exchange the item, they can report this to us within 45 days of receiving the product for a partial refund of the product cost.

There is typically a delay between the time your returned package is delivered by the carrier/scanned into our system and the time the contents are verified by our warehouse and your refund is processed. If all return instructions are followed (see “To qualify for a 45 Day Satisfaction Guarantee Refund”) and a refund is due, please expect up to four (4) weeks after your package is delivered to our warehouse to allow us time to receive, inspect, and verify your return and complete your refund request. In most cases, however, your refund will be processed in less time.
IN THE EVENT YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR REFUND WITHIN THE TIME FRAME AS INDICATED ABOVE, PLEASE CONTACT US AT email@example.com AND WE WILL QUICKLY RESOLVE ANY ISSUES.
Your satisfaction is our priority!If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 45 days of receiving the product to request a return. Our Customer Service team will provide you with an RMA form and our return address. All return shipping fees are at customers’ own expense.
Additional notes about Warranty
All returns must first be approved by our customer service team; if approved, you will be provided with an RMA form. Returned items without RMA form will not be accepted.All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused, come with original packaging.If the customer requests a refund, we will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item. All shipping fees to return the item, and the original shipping fees, are non-refundable.
